Important Information Before Purchase
In order to ensure you receive your sex doll as soon as possible, we will arrange customized production immediately after your payment is completed. Therefore, once payment has been made, we do not accept any cancellations for any reason, nor do we support modification of product attributes during the production process.
The production time for a realistic doll is generally 7-10 business days. Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. The total time from placing the order to receiving the doll is approximately 15-20 days.
Upon delivery, please inspect and unbox the package in the presence of the courier. During inspection, carefully check the packaging for any damage that may have occurred during transportation and ensure the item is in good condition. Only sign for the delivery if everything is in order. If there are any issues, please refuse the package. We have insured your shipment against damage.
As the sex doll is a special custom-made product, we do not support returns or exchanges under the 7-day no-reason policy.
The doll’s makeup is hand-painted and may appear slightly different from the photos due to lighting, angles, or other visual factors. Please be aware of this in advance.

4. 实体娃娃为特殊定制类商品，暂不支持7天无理由退换货。
